New RoAS as a Percent Metric
Released on 11/07/2019
Amazon Advertisers are quite familiar with the Return on Advertising Spend metric, or RoAS for short. RoAS divides the dollar amount produced in sales by the dollar amount spent on Amazon advertising (total sales / total spend). Typically, RoAS is represented as a number that is interpreted as an index of the campaigns currency (e.g., $1.50 for a U.S. campaign) However, some of our customers prefer to report RoAS as a percentage metric.
Therefore, as of today, users have the option to choose either currency or percentage display formats for RoAS in dashboard widgets and tables across the Downstream application.
