Date range and aggregation now in a single filter for non-Dashboard pages

Today, Downstream introduced a streamlined filter pattern to non-Dashboard pages bringing the date range and data aggregation level (daily, weekly, monthly) into the same filter. Previously, users had to pick the date range and the data aggregation in separate filters.
Additionally, to increase application speed, date ranges that span more than 90 days can be viewed in weekly or monthly aggregation, but not by daily aggregation.
These changes do not apply to Dashboards where users can still choose a date range for the dashboard and data aggregation for the widget individually.
