Brand and Country Columns in Recommendations

Now users can see and sort by Brand and Country in Campaign Automation Recommendations, Recommended Keywords, and Recommended Negative Keywords. To use the new columns go to either Campaigns -> "Automation Recommendations", or Keywords -> "Suggested Keywords" or "Suggested Negative Keywords".
